About Us
History
Harris Sand & Gravel was founded in 1965 and incorporated in 1976 by Leo Harris and Frances Harris. Leo and Frances had three children, John, Mary, and Bill Harris (Current owner).
Harris Sand & Gravel is a construction and material supply company with over 50 years’ of experience in the industry
We have performed a wide range of heavy civil construction and maintenance of highways, streets, airport runways, sewer & waterlines, foundations, asphalt paving, and riprap erosion control projects.
In addition we perform various types of marine work to include dredging, pile driving, installation, removal/replacement, & repair of docks, floats, & gangways.
We produce, a large variety of Riprap, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt.
